The Tray

The Tray is an open box-shaped case which its corners are round and creates a continuing perimeter.

Process:

Cut the 2 wood piece with the required dimensions

Use the disc sander to create arcs on the 4 corners

Clip the metal piece between 2 wood pieces

Start hammering the corner of the metal and cut extra pieces when strimmer when needed.

Hammer the 4 side last.

Using a smaller hammer to fix the arc shape, surface or the 4 side

Sand it with different grade of sanding paper
